Frequently asked questions

Where does your data come from?

Rents published openly by building operators and listing sites, collected every day, then validated and de-duplicated.

Are these signed-lease rents?

No. They are asking rents, as advertised. Every report says so clearly.

Which markets do you cover?

All of Québec, from the major cities to regional markets. Data density varies by area, so we show you what’s available for your buildings during the demo.

Does RentData calculate allowable rent increases?

No. We show market rents. Québec’s rules for existing leases (TAL) are separate.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your portfolio. Request a demo for a quote.
